Hello! I'm Alex, a Seattle-based writer obsessed with words, images and the myriad ways in which they intersect.

 

I studied creative writing and political science at Western Washington University where I cut my teeth in editing and publishing as an Associate Editor of Occam's Razor Magazine, a student-run publication. Since graduating in 2016, I've worked as a freelance content editor, an English language teacher in South Korea, a retail copywriter and a creative team lead.

When I'm not working, I'm probably reading, spending time on my own writing projects, hiking with my dog Stevie or bird-watching.
